Philip Chard
is President/CEO of NEAS, Inc., a
behavioral solutions firm serving hundreds of organizations
throughout North America. He writes an award-winning weekly
newspaper column in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
titled "Out of My MInd," and is
author of The Healing
Earth, which won a
Midwest Publishers Award. Philip is a contributing writer to
Chicken Soup for the Woman's
Soul and has been a guest
expert on ABC's
20/20. He is a frequent
speaker at human resources and business conferences, and has
presented Beast
Management at the
Brookings Institution. He holds a master's degree in counseling
psychology, has been a psychotherapist for over 30 years, and
taught behavioral sciences at Michigan State University for 7
years, where he received an Outstanding Faculty Award.
